Usain Bolt will be in India next week, though not for a sprint show on the track. It will be a cricketing face-off with Yuvraj Singh the world cup hero. On September 2, at the Chinnaswamy Stadium the fastest man on the earth – Usain Bolt will challenge Yuvraj Singh in a cricket showdown. Sportswear giant Puma will organize the event titled ‘Bolt and Yuvi- Battle of the legends’.
“Puma brings Usain Bolt down for a one-of-a-kind cricket face-off between two sporting legends. For the first time ever, watch the Fastest Man on Earth – Usain Bolt, challenge Yuvraj Singh to an exclusive cricket showdown at Chinnaswamy Stadium on September 2,” describes a Puma Press statement.
However details of the charity contest are yet to be disclosed.
Usain Bolt the 28-year-old Jamaican sprinter has won six Olympic Golds and is the world record holder in 100 m and 200m race. While the 32-year-old souths paw Yuvraj Singh has been a mesmerizing showman on the 22 yards strip.
