Odisha is the state that will gain the most from the central schemes: Dharmendra Pradhan

There will be a Skill development Center in hydrocarbon sector in Odisha to cater to employment scopes for the youth mass in the state. This is the fresh addition to the list of project announcements frequenting from Modi government since its inception a year back. Center is also going to set up a manufacturing unit of defence materials in Gopalpur in collaboration with Tata and FDI scope.

The Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan who was in Odisha on may 26, the day NDA in the centre is observing its first anniversary of being in government said that Modi government has brought hosts of schemes and projects for the poor and youth in the country. “Odisha is the state that will gain the most from these schemes like make in India, skill India etc” said the Odia minister. “there is plan to establish an Aluminum park in Angul, a steel park in Jharsuguda and two other Industrial parks in Kalahandi and Koraput thus to generate massive employment opportunities in Odisha,”

“To honor the principle of co-operative federalism” the union minister said”Modi government accepted the recommendation of the 14th finance commission that would allow flow of more money to the state exchequers.” The new tax sharing formula would make Odisha richer by crore. “Odisha is going to gain immensely from the coal mine bidding” said Mr Pradhan” as every pie earned through the mines auctions is planned to be transferred to the concerned state”. Hence the ruling BJD in Odisha should keep aside petty politics where it comes the matter of Odisha’s development said the union minister.

The union government is giving its all to boost the development of Odisha now the state government is needed to reciprocate. “There is no question of central discrimination against Odisha.” the petroleum ministry is investing one lac crore of Rupees in Odisha; centre has allocated 50 crore to the state for Navkalebar; central PSUs has been asked to contribute to the festival; a tribal Odia woman has been ascended to the honorable post of Governer added Sri Dharmendra Pradhan to substantiate his claim on centre’s attitude towards Odisha.
