The Ex- AG Ashok Moahanty’s fate was left to be decided today in the Khordha District Session judge court following a direction from the Odisha High Court. Askok Mohanty was in judicial custody as the special CJM CBI court had rejected his bail plea on Wednesday prompting the former AG to challenge the decision in the High court.

The CBI has arrested the former AG on 22 Sept for his alleged link with Artha Tatwa(AT) the ponzy trader in CBI scanner for financial fraud.
