So the process of charge shift in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) can be said to have completed. Its second generation is now in the total occupation of the driver seat of the party. Lal Krishna Advani will not be there in the party’s decision making process. Nor will be there Murli Manohar Joshi the other party veteran. Atal Behari Vajpayee has retired from practical politics. However his name was rolling in the Parliamentary Board as a mark of reverence. Amit Shah the new BJP chief excused the name. The 51 year old Shah reshaped the Parliamentary Board and the central election committee of his party with none of its member is above 65.
On Tuesday Amit Shah reconstituted the Parliamentary Board and Central Election Committee sans the BJP’s patriarch trinity Vajpayee-Advani-Joshi. Amit Shah the party president will be in the board as its head.PM Narendra Modi is the biggest name in the board while the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and General Secretary JP Nadda are the new names there. Shah’s predecessor Rajnath Singh obviously is into the Board along with the unchallenged figures like Arun Jitley, Sushma Swaraj, and the former party presidents Venakiah Naidu and Nitin Gadkari. Anath Kumar, Thavarchand Ghelot and Ramlala are the other three to complete the 12 member Parliamentary Board.
Shiivraj singh Chouhan the MP Chief Minister and JP Nadda found place in the Central Election Committee also.
