AAP sought the president’ intervention

Aam Aadmi Party, on Saturday requested President Pranab Mukharjee not to allow Delhi Lt Governer Najeeb Jung invite BJP to form government in Delhi to which they say “murder of democracy”
AAP chief Arvind kejriwal called on the president and sought his intervention in the matter. It will be murder of democracy, it will be unconstitutional” said kejriwal “if BJP is invited to form government.”
“BJP can form the government by buying MLAs or by indulging in Horse trading.” said the former Delhi Chief Minister. He said that according to the rules before inviting a party to form government the governor should ask the party to show the letter of support by the MlAs.BJP had not shown any such letter.
BJP had refused to form the government after the election in February citing lack of number. Reminded kejriwal . They had again refused to form a government when Kejrwial resigned as the as the chief minister of Delhi citing the same reason and Harshwardhan had given it to the president in written. Since then there is no communication by the BJP to the president. There is no change in the status yet how the Lt Governer of Delhi takes initiative to invite BJP to form the government asked kehriwal.
On the other hand BJP said they were ready for fresh poll in the capital city but there are several options before them.
Arvind Kejriwal resigned as the Chief Minister of Delhi after being in charg just for 49 days. Since then there is president’s rule in Delhi
